My mentor has passed on, and I wanted to give a final, honest review. My mentor was 92, and could be very difficult with people other than myself. Good caregivers are hard to find, but they managed to find a few good ones to work with Michael. The caregiving manager, Susan handled things with decorum and grace.

My 94-year-old Aunt had been suffering from a number of health issues in a very short period of time. When it was determined that her condition would get progressively worse, I started to think the best option may be a care facility but she really wanted to be in her own home the last months of her life. Finding quality caregivers is a big challenge for working families. Sue at Platinum Home Health Care was responsive to my concerns and needs and provided my Aunt with excellent care and compassion in her own home. Her program truly anticipates the needs of a family trying to give their loved ones the best quality care possible. She turned an exhausting situation into a peaceful, dignified experience for all involved.

After knee replaced surgery, I called Platinum Home Health Care to hire a home assistant for my mother and father for a few weeks. They were very prompt in answering the call and were able to provide an employee the next day! My parents weren’t keen on home care assistants since their previous experience with one did not go well, so I requested a specific type of person that I knew would work well for my parents.
To my delighted they were able to match my request perfectly. Both my parents were extremely happy with their assistant and were sorry to see her leave when my mother recovered. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks, Ray
